Animals/Sea Camp

Monday – European Artists:  Campers will draw, shade and paint various items in accordance with European Artist techniques. Projects from this day will be ready to take home the day of.

Tuesday – Pottery and Crafts:  Campers will paint figurines/pottery and create crafts related to the theme of the week. Based on the type of paint used for the pottery pieces projects from this day may or may not be ready to take home the day of. Please check with the camp teacher to find out if you will need to pick items up at a later date.

Wednesday – Clay Day:  Campers will experiment with “throwing” clay and the pottery wheel. Clay Day also offers campers the chance to hand build critters, pinch pots and much much more. The majority of clay projects will not be ready to take home the day of.

Thursday – Pottery and Crafts:  Campers will paint figurines/pottery and create crafts related to the theme of the week. Based on the type of paint used for the pottery pieces projects from this day may or may not be ready to take home the day of. Please check with the camp teacher to find out if you will need to pick items up at a later date.

Friday – Mosaics, Pizza and a Movie:  Campers will create projects in the “mosaic” motif. Anything from glass to paper helps to create beautiful and colorful projects on this day. If your camper attends the full day camp or the afternoon camp on Fridays, we will provide their lunch (pizza) and popcorn for the movie. Please send your child a lunch if they are allergies or intolerance to pizza.
